Delivery Time (incl. Free Delivery)

Shipping to the US, UK, Europe* and Australia is available with 2-4 days free delivery. After completing your order, you will receive an e-mail with your order details, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Free delivery is available to the following European countries: Spain, France, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, and Netherlands

Tracking

All US, UK, Europe and Australia orders are shipped via DHL. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with all the details of your shipment with your tracking details. You can track your order by visiting the Track Order page under My Account on mobile webpage, or entering the provided tracking number on https://www.dhl.com/ae-en/home/tracking.html  

Returns & Exchanges  

We unfortunately currently do not offer exchanges. However, you can return your products and make a new order.

Free Returns are available within 14 days of delivery. Items are only accepted if they’re unworn, in the same condition, with the tags on and in the bag they were shipped in. You can request your return in 4 simple steps:

1. Visit https://thegivingmovement.clickpost.ai/returns

2. Create your return request and submit

3. Download and print the shipping label from the tracking e-mail

4. Place a label on your shipment and take it to your nearest DHL drop-off point

Once we receive your return in our warehouse, we will let you know the processing and refund status within 48 hours. Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in.
