Shipping to the US, UK, Europe* and Australia is available with 2-4 days free delivery. After completing your order, you will receive an e-mail with your order details, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Free delivery is available to the following European countries: Spain, France, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, and Netherlands


All US, UK, Europe and Australia orders are shipped via DHL. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with all the details of your shipment with your tracking details. You can track your order by visiting the Track Order page under My Account on mobile webpage, or entering the provided tracking number on  

Returns & Exchanges  

To exchange an item, simply request a return and make a new order with the items you’d like.

Returns are available within 14 days of delivery. Items are only accepted if they’re unworn, in the same condition, with the tags on and in the bag they were shipped in. Refunds are provided as store credit vouchers only, after the items are received and approved.

Returns need to be shipped back by you via a courier of your choice. Shipping costs are not covered by TGM. To make a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. E-mail us at  with your order number and the details of the item/s you would like to return.
  2. Once our team has confirmed the return and provided the return address, pack your item/s and invoice into a bag or box.
  3. On the Airway Bill, please include your invoice number and note "Return shipment to the UAE”. Mail your return using your carrier of choice.
